Mickey Wright, originally from Leicester and now based in Rutland, is a professional artist specialising in caricatures and cartoons.  He has produced work for ITV, The Mirror Group, Microsoft, Harrods, Manchester United, Leicester City and Leicester Tigers amongst others.

Rosalind AdamLead Facilitator

Writer and teacher Rosalind Adam has lived and worked in Leicester all her life. She has had numerous short stories and articles published in a range of magazines.  Bathtime Rap, a children’s picture book was published in 2008 by Franklin Watts.  She is at present working on a children’s novel.

Miriam HalahmyWorkshop Leader

Miriam Halahmy, is a novelist, short story writer, reviewer and poet.  She has worked on projects with the Refugee Council, Cancerbackup and the BBC. Her creative writing workshops in North London include a memoir workshop for Jewish Book Week 2009.  She is writing a cycle of 3 novels for young adults.
